FABTRACK User Guide: how to connect, book, track and grow

Every screen, step by step. For WooCommerce and Shopify stores in Pakistan.

FABTRACK puts your orders, couriers, COD and profit in one dashboard. This guide shows each task with the real screen and numbered steps: connect your store, add PostEx or Leopards, confirm and book orders, follow every parcel, see what you really earn, and grow with emails, ads and AI.

You do not need to read it from start to end. Pick the task you need from the list below.

Part 1: Connect your store

Applies to: WooCommerce

How do I connect WooCommerce?

First, make the keys in WordPress. Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API → Add key. Pick your admin user, set Permissions to Read/Write, then press Generate API key. Copy both keys. The secret is shown only once.

  1. Step 1: In FABTRACK, open Connect a store and pick the WooCommerce tab.
  2. Step 2: Type a store name and the full address (https://…), then paste the consumer key and secret.
  3. Step 3: Press Test connection. Wait for the green success message.
  4. Step 4: Press Save & continue. Your orders start loading.

Test fails? Check that the address has https and that there are no extra spaces in the keys.

Why Read/Write? FABTRACK writes the tracking number and status back to each order in your store.

Applies to: WooCommerce

How do I install the WordPress plugin?

The FABTRACK plugin adds order statuses, a customer tracking page, cart recovery, a wishlist, Smart Search and a live view of visitors to your shop. Your settings stay in FABTRACK, not in WordPress.

  1. Step 1: In FABTRACK go to Settings → WordPress plugin and download fabtrack.zip.
  2. Step 2: In WordPress go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, then activate it.
  3. Step 3: Back in FABTRACK, open Connect code & setup steps and copy the code.
  4. Step 4: In WordPress open the FABTRACK menu, paste the code and save.
  5. Step 5: The plugin card in FABTRACK turns green and says Connected.

Keep the connect code private. When a new plugin version is out, download it again from the same card.

Applies to: Shopify

How do I connect Shopify?

There are no keys to copy.

  1. Step 1: Open Connect a store and pick the Shopify tab.
  2. Step 2: Type your store name, like mystore or mystore.myshopify.com.
  3. Step 3: Press Connect via Shopify →, log in, and press Install.
  4. Step 4: You come back to FABTRACK. Orders sync by themselves.

Good to know: Shopify stores book parcels with Leopards. Shopify only shares the last 60 days of orders.

If Shopify ever asks for access again, go to Settings → Store connection → Reconnect Shopify.

Part 2: Settings and couriers

Applies to: WooCommerceShopify

Where are all the settings?

  1. Step 1: Press Settings at the bottom of the left menu.
  2. Step 2: Filter the cards: Store, Couriers, Customers, AI, Account.
  3. Step 3: Or type in Search settings.
  4. Step 4: Press Settings on a card to open it. ← All settings brings you back.

Do these first: a courier (PostEx or Leopards), Tracking & sync, and your Store logo.

Shopify stores see fewer cards (no WordPress plugin, no PostEx and no order emails). Only the store owner can open Settings.

Applies to: WooCommerce

How do I add PostEx?

Go to Settings → PostEx card → Settings.

  1. Step 1: Paste your API token from the PostEx merchant portal.
  2. Step 2: Press Test courier token.
  3. Step 3: Press Load and pick your pickup address.
  4. Step 4: Press Save settings. The card shows Connected.

No pickup address? Add one in your PostEx merchant portal first, then press Load again. Booking with PostEx needs a pickup address. The token stays on the FABTRACK server for your store only.

Applies to: WooCommerceShopify

How do I add Leopards?

Go to Settings → Leopards card → Settings.

  1. Step 1: Paste the API Key from the Leopards merchant portal → API Management.
  2. Step 2: Paste the API Password.
  3. Step 3: Press Test credentials.
  4. Step 4: Press Save settings.

Shipper ID is optional. Fill it only if Leopards gave you a separate one.

Leopards is the courier for Shopify stores. WooCommerce stores can use Leopards and PostEx side by side and choose per order.

Applies to: WooCommerceShopify

How do I set tracking and WhatsApp messages?

Go to Settings → Tracking & sync.

  1. Step 1: Add your shop's tracking page link for customers.
  2. Step 2: Add your WhatsApp number.
  3. Step 3: Choose how often courier statuses update (every 1 hour is good).
  4. Step 4: Press Save settings.

Also open Settings → WhatsApp messages to write your ready-made texts. {name}, {order} and {cn} fill in on their own. Upload your logo in Settings → Store logo: it prints on invoices and airway bills.

Part 3: Daily orders: confirm, book, print and track

Applies to: WooCommerceShopify

How do I move around FABTRACK?

  • Store switcher: change store if you have more than one.
  • Left menu: Orders, Products, Courier Logs, Finance and more. The orange numbers show how many orders or products need a look.
  • Quick search: press Ctrl + K (Mac: ⌘ + K). Type a page name or an order number.
  • Bell: new orders, deliveries, returns and plan alerts.
  • Dark mode: the moon button next to the bell.

Applies to: WooCommerceShopify

How do I read the Dashboard?

  • Key numbers: today's orders, booked, delivered, returned and COD still to come.
  • Sync now pulls the newest orders and courier updates. The "Last synced" time shows when data was last refreshed.
  • Live view: who is on your shop right now, sales today and top products. On WooCommerce this needs the WordPress plugin.
  • Scroll down for the last 30 days: success rate, best products and cities.

Applies to: WooCommerceShopify

How do I find an order?

  1. Step 1: Search by order number, name or phone.
  2. Step 2: Pick a time: Today, Last 7 days or This month.
  3. Step 3: Filter by status or courier.
  4. Step 4: Click the order number to open it.

The Risk column shows the danger of a fake order. Add Order (Pro) lets you add a phone or WhatsApp order. The CN Number column shows the courier tracking number after booking, and Courier Status shows where the parcel is.

Applies to: WooCommerceShopify

How do I confirm an order?

  1. Step 1: Check Fraud risk. High risk? Call before you send.
  2. Step 2: Pick Confirm order under WhatsApp and press Send on WhatsApp.
  3. Step 3: Mark the answer: Confirmed, No Answer, Callback, Wrong Number or Cancelled.
  4. Step 4: Confirmed? Book it from Shipment details (next task).

The call status is saved with who marked it and when, so the whole team sees it. Invoice at the top prints a bill with your logo.

Applies to: WooCommerceShopify

How do I book a parcel?

  1. Step 1: On the order page press Book at PostEx or Book at Leopards.
  2. Step 2: Check name, phone, address, city and COD amount.
  3. Step 3: Pick the shipment type (for example Overnight).
  4. Step 4: See the courier charge and what you will receive.
  5. Step 5: Press Confirm Booking. You get the CN (tracking) number.

After booking: the CN goes back to your store order, Print Airway Bill appears, you can Copy Tracking Link for the customer, and Cancel Booking is there if you made a mistake.

The Free plan includes 30 bookings a month. Pro has no limit. Shopify stores book with Leopards only. In Karachi, WooCommerce stores can also use Assign Own Rider or FABTRACK Riders instead of a courier.

Applies to: WooCommerceShopify

How do I print airway bills and a load sheet?

On the Orders page:

  1. Step 1: Tick the booked orders going out today.
  2. Step 2: In the bar on top press Print Airway Bills or Generate Loadsheet.
  3. Step 3: Press Generate & Download and give the sheet to the rider.

One courier per sheet: tick only PostEx orders or only Leopards orders. PostEx asks which pickup address to use. The load sheet lists every tracking number the courier picks up, so you can show what was handed over.

Applies to: WooCommerceShopify

How do I track every parcel?

Left menu → Courier Logs.

  1. Step 1: Press Sync now for the latest status from the courier.
  2. Step 2: Filter by courier status or by settlement (paid or not).
  3. Step 3: Read each parcel: status, COD, courier fee, tax and settlement.
  4. Step 4: Press Export CSV to open it in Excel.

Delivered and returned parcels update your store order on their own. Courier Logs refresh on the schedule you chose in Tracking & sync. Import existing orders brings in parcels you booked before FABTRACK.

Applies to: WooCommerce

How do I mark an order as paid when the customer paid online?

Use this when a customer pays online outside checkout, for example through a payment link you sent on WhatsApp.

  1. Step 1: Open the order.
  2. Step 2: Press Mark paid, then Mark as paid.

Use it only after the money has reached you. The order becomes paid, and no courier or rider needs to collect cash. For the WhatsApp Pay online message, paste the payment link (for example from XPay → Payment Links) when you send it.

  3. Step 3: For products with sizes or colours open Option costs.

How much COD is still to come?

Left menu → Finance.

  1. Step 1: Pick the period: This month, Last month or All time.
  2. Step 2: Waiting for shows parcels that are delivered but not paid to you yet.
  3. Step 3: Open a tab per courier or rider for details. Each card shows waiting, on the way and paid.
  4. Step 4: Needs a look at the bottom warns about late or missing payments.

"Paid to you" is after courier charges and rider fees. The tax a courier keeps from COD is shown in each courier tab.

Left menu → Profit Reports.

  1. Step 1: Set your usual delivery charge (used until the real courier fee syncs).
  2. Step 2: Under Add / see entries, type what you paid for ads each day.
  3. Step 3: Pick the dates.
  4. Step 4: Read Net profit: sales minus cost, delivery and ads.

Yellow warnings tell you what is missing. Press Add cost prices to fix it. Scroll down for profit by day and by product. Profit counts delivered orders only.

Applies to: WooCommerce(view-only on Shopify)

How do I change stock and prices?

Left menu → Products.

  1. Step 1: Search by name or SKU.
  2. Step 2: One tap: In stock or Out of stock. For sizes and colours use Manage options.
  3. Step 3: Pencil = edit. Copy icon = duplicate (Pro).
  4. Step 4: Bulk edit (Pro): change many prices or stock at once, then Save all.

Changes save straight to your WooCommerce shop. Stock alerts at the top show products running low or out of stock. On Shopify, Products shows your list, stock and prices to view; change them in Shopify admin, or with AI drafts.

Applies to: WooCommercePro

Who are my best customers?

Left menu → Customers.

  1. Step 1: First time: press Import from orders.
  2. Step 2: Groups: Repeat, VIP, Dormant (not ordering) and Risky.

  5. Step 5: Left menu → Emails: switch on the emails you want.

There are nine emails: confirmed, booked, dispatched, delivered, cancelled, refunded, payment failed, payment reminder and order note. Press the arrow next to an email to change its words. Pick English or Roman Urdu for the look and language. If WordPress also sends these emails, keep each one on in one place only.

Applies to: WooCommercePro

How do I win back abandoned carts?

Marketing → Abandoned carts.

  1. Step 1: Check that it says Recovery emails are on.
  2. Step 2: On the Recovery emails tab write up to 3 reminders, with a coupon if you like.
  3. Step 3: See the money recovered and the carts still waiting.
  4. Step 4: See how each reminder is doing.

A cart counts when a shopper typed an email or phone at checkout but did not finish. The first reminder waits at least 30 minutes. Cart recovery needs the WordPress plugin and the email setup. Also in Marketing: Campaigns, Automations (win-back, review, reorder) and Wishlists.

Applies to: WooCommercePro

  3. Step 3: Or type your own question in Roman Urdu, Urdu or English (when free text is switched on).

Safe: ASK only reads. It never changes your store and never sees customer phones or addresses. Chats are kept for 30 days.

Examples: "Aaj kitne orders aaye?", "Which city has the most returns?", "Meri sales kam kyun ho rahi hain?".

Frequently asked questions

General

What is FABTRACK?

FABTRACK is a dashboard for online stores in Pakistan. It connects your WooCommerce or Shopify store to your couriers, so you can confirm orders, book parcels, track every shipment, follow your COD money, see your real profit and message customers.

Which stores and couriers does FABTRACK work with?

WooCommerce stores can use PostEx and Leopards side by side and choose a courier for each order. Shopify stores book with Leopards. In Karachi, WooCommerce stores can also use their own rider or FABTRACK Riders.

Do I need the WordPress plugin?

You need it on WooCommerce for features such as the customer tracking page, cart recovery, the wishlist, Smart Search and the live view of visitors. Shopify stores do not use a plugin.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes 30 parcel bookings a month and 1 team member. Pro has no booking limit and adds features such as Finance, Profit reports, order emails, abandoned-cart recovery, ad tracking and AI.

How much does Pro cost, and is there a trial?

Pro costs PKR 1,999 a month or PKR 20,000 a year. New accounts get 14 days of Pro free.

How do I pay for Pro?

Pay by Easypaisa, SadaPay or bank transfer, then upload the payment screenshot with the transaction ID in Billing. Pro starts when FABTRACK approves it.

Setup

Where do I find my WooCommerce API key and secret?

In WordPress go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API → Add key. Choose Read/Write, generate the key and copy both values. The secret is shown only once.

Why does FABTRACK need Read/Write access?

Because it writes the tracking number and the order status back to your store when you book, deliver or return a parcel.

Where do I find my PostEx API token?

In your PostEx merchant portal. Paste it in Settings → PostEx, press Test courier token, then Load to pick your pickup address.

Where do I find my Leopards API key and password?

In your Leopards merchant portal under API Management. Paste both in Settings → Leopards and press Test credentials.

What if I have no pickup address in PostEx?

Add one in your PostEx merchant portal first, then press Load again in FABTRACK. Booking with PostEx needs a pickup address.

Can I use PostEx and Leopards together?

Yes on WooCommerce: connect both and pick the courier on each order. Shopify stores use Leopards.

Why does Shopify only show my last 60 days of orders?

Shopify shares only the last 60 days of orders with apps like FABTRACK. New orders sync automatically after you connect.

Orders and tracking

How do I book a parcel?

Open the order, press Book at PostEx or Book at Leopards, check the details and the COD amount, then press Confirm Booking. You get the CN (tracking) number, and it is saved on your store order.

Why did my booking fail?

Test your courier key in Settings, then check the city, the phone number and, for PostEx, the pickup address.

How do I track a parcel?

Open Courier Logs and press Sync now. Each parcel shows its status, COD, courier fee, tax and settlement. You can also copy a tracking link for the customer from the order page.

Does FABTRACK update my store when a parcel is delivered or returned?

Yes. Delivered and returned parcels update your store order on their own, and the CN is written back after booking.

How do I print airway bills and a load sheet?

Tick the booked orders on the Orders page, then press Print Airway Bills or Generate Loadsheet. Use one courier per sheet.

COD and profit

How do I know how much COD is still to come?

Open Finance. It shows money waiting, on the way and paid, with a tab for each courier and rider.

When will the courier pay me?

FABTRACK shows a predicted payment date for delivered parcels. It is an estimate; the courier decides the real date.

Why does my profit look too high?

Profit needs a cost price for each product. Add them in Products → Cost prices. The profit report warns you when costs are missing.

What is the tax a courier keeps from COD?

Couriers keep a tax from the COD amount. FABTRACK shows it in each courier tab in Finance, so "paid to you" is the amount after courier charges, rider fees and tax.

AI and safety

Can ASK Agent change my store?

No. ASK Agent only reads. It never changes your store and never sees customer phone numbers or addresses. Chats are kept for 30 days.

Can AI publish products without me?

No. Your AI can only save drafts. Nothing goes live until you approve it in AI drafts, and every change can be undone.

Which AI apps can I connect?

Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, using a key from Settings → AI connections. Each key works for one store, can be revoked at once, and never gives the AI customer details or store passwords.

Team and apps

What can my staff do?

A Manager can use everything except settings, team and billing. Staff can use orders, product stock and customers. An Accountant can read orders, analytics and finance.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes, there is a FABTRACK Android app. Team members can use it with their own login.
